Amazon’s (Nasdaq: AMZN) cloud computing business recorded a 28 percent increase in revenue during the fourth quarter of 2020, accounting for 10 percent of the total sales of its parent company, CNBC reported Tuesday. The Seattle-based technology company also announced Tuesday that AWS CEO Andy Jassy will succeed Jeff Bezos as CEO of Amazon in the third quarter of 2021.

Qualtrics Expects Valuation of $14B From IPO

Qualtrics, an experience management platform developer acquired by SAP (NYSE: SAP) in 2018, filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission for its planned initial public offering and will trade on Nasdaq using the ticker symbol “XM,” CNBC reported Monday. Qualtrics said in its SEC filing it will sell shares at $20 to $24 apiece through the IPO, which is expected to occur by January and would value the cloud software company at approximately $12B to $14.4B.

Enterprise artificial intelligence software developer C3.ai has made its official filing for an initial public offering and is poised to trade soon on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "AI." The Redwood City, California-based company said Monday it plans to sell 15.5M shares of Class A common stock for the IPO with a $31 to $34 price range.

NVIDIA (Nasdaq: NVDA) reported $4.73B in revenue during the third quarter of fiscal year 2021, up 57 percent from the same period last year. The company paid $99M in quarterly cash dividends and saw its GAAP diluted earnings per share rise 46 percent to $2.12 in Q3 FY 2021, up from $1.45 a year earlier.
