CAE (NYSE: CAE) announced the election of 10 directors to the companys board during the annual meeting of shareholders.
Marianne Harrison, president and CEO of Manulife Financials U.S. division John Hancock Life Insurance Co., is the newly elected member of the board, CAE said Wednesday.
