DZSP 21, a joint venture between PAE and Parsons‘ government services business, has secured a $106.4M contract from the U.S. Navy to provide base operations support at Joint Region Marianas on the island of Guam.

The JV will help military personnel manage facilities and equipment, operate ports and conduct environmental efforts, as well as maintain electrical, water supply and transportation systems at the installation, the Department of Defense said Monday.

Work under the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract is scheduled to conclude in February 2020.

DoD will obligate $96.5M at the time of award and provide the remaining $9.9M upon the availability of funds.
