Parsons Awarded $139M Army Airfield Repair Project

Parsons (NYSE: PSN) has won a three-year, $139.1M contract to perform repair work on a runway at the Bucholz Army Airfield located on Kwajalein Atoll in the Marshall Islands. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers received three bids for the project and obligated the full contract amount at the time of awards, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has selected four joint ventures and five independent firms to compete for  master planning, design, architectural and engineering task orders under a potential five-year, $94.5M contract.
