Ronnie Chronister
Ronnie Chronister, formerly director of Army, cyber and missile defense programs at Dynetics, has been named vice president of contracts at the Huntsville, Alabama-based engineering, applied science and information technology contractor.
He will succeed Sallie Patterson, who will retire from Dynetics after a 19-year career there, the company said Wednesday.
Chronister has a more than 32-year experience in Army aviation, missile and space programs and will oversee Dynetics’ contracting, purchasing and subcontracting efforts in his new role.
He will also help manage the company’s government property and legal departments.
Before Dynetics, he worked in senior-level positions at the U.S. Army that include deputy to the commander of the Space and Missile Defense Command, deputy to the commanding general at the Army Aviation and Missile Command and executive director of the Integrated Materiel Management Center.
He also held multiple roles at the Aviation and Missile Research, Development and Engineering Center.
