A Jacobs Engineering Group subsidiary has received a potential five-year, $355 million contract to operate and maintain NASA‘s ground-based aerospace facilities at Ames Research Center.
Jacobs Technology will provide testing and support services to the Unitary Plan Wind Tunnels and the Arc Jet Complex under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, NASA said Thursday.
The company will begin work at the Moffett Field, California-based facility on Feb. 2.
Ames conducts research and development in aeronautics, exploration technology and science.
