The award covers two KC-130J airlifters and non-recurring engineering support through April 2016, the Defense Department said Friday.
Saudi Arabia has been the subject of several contracting events with involvement from Lockheed within the past year, including a potential $6.7 billion sale of 25 C-130J planes announced in November 2012.
Lockheed is also helping the Saudis with their F-15SA modernization program for $253, 381, 949.
