Four Companies Land Spots on $240M USMC Camp Lejeune Construction Services IDIQ

Four companies have won spots on a potential five-year, $240M contract to perform a range of construction work at the U.S. Marine Corps’ facilities in Camp Lejeune, N.C., and surrounding areas.

Contract work includes the construction, refurbishment and repair of assets such as electrical, plumbing and mechanical infrastructure at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and other areas within the military installation's vicinity, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

The awardees will compete for task orders involving various types of facilities and buildings including warehouses, training ranges, roads, utility infrastructure, recreational spaces and communication systems.

Naval Facilities Engineering Command Mid-Atlantic received 11 bids for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through a competitive solicitation process and will obligate USMC operations and maintenance funds for future task orders.

The Pentagon expects work under the IDIQ award to conclude by Aug. 2025.

The companies are:

  • Mechworks Mechanical Contractors
  • North State Mechanical
  • R&W Construction
  • Siler Excavating
