FedPoint Lands CMS Contact Center Support Order

FedPoint, a joint venture between TurningPoint and DSFederal, has won a task order to provide help desk support to contact centers administered by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Rockville, Md.-based  FedPoint said Monday it will help the CMS address technical support requests from call center customers regarding the Medicare program and health insurance marketplace.
