IBM, National Academy of Public Administration Form Agile Government Center; G. Edward DeSeve Named AGC Lead

IBM’s (NYSE: IBM) Center for The Business of Government and the National Academy of Public Administration have established a new center to advance the development and implementation of Agile government principles. G.
