On May 4, 2022, The Navy rewarded Black Construction and Tutor Perini with a task order worth $73 million. The joint venture is tasked to construct low-rise facilities to support the 4th Marine Regiment stationed at Naval Support Activity, Marine Corps Base Guam.

Under this contract, the contractors will build a dispatch office, two grease racks for vehicles, organic storage, and four car service. There will also be a shop for maintaining electronics and communications and a garage for servicing cars. Two option items in the contract are being used at the time of the award. Project work is scheduled to begin in May 2019 in Finegayan, Guam, and will end in August 2024.

The United States Coast Guard has given Perini Management Services Inc. two task orders worth a combined value of $132.5 million to assist in reconstructing hurricane-ravaged buildings and infrastructure at Base San Juan in Puerto Rico. On the other hand, Perini will use the $31.6 million construction contract from the National Park Service for repairing and upgrading the Ahwahnee Hotel.

The scope of work encompasses demolishing pre-existing structures, completion of site work and paving, and erecting new facilities. It includes a two-story building with roughly 44,000 square feet of area to house an armory, aids to navigation operations, and a central utility plant. The project was announced on October 20, 2022, and will end in May 2027.

This project at the Northwest Field would feature the construction of a multi-lane, multi-purpose shooting range, a control tower, and an ammunition distribution station. The timeline for the completion of the project is October 2024.
