Curtiss-Wright (NYSE: CW) has wrapped up its $400M cash acquisition of Portland, Oregon-based Pacific Star Communications, a rugged communications technology provider to the military sector.
PacStar, which is projected to earn more than $120M in 2020 sales. will operate under its new parent organization's defense business segment, Curtiss-Wright said Monday.
