Presidio has acquired systems integration company ROVE for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to expand its digital platforms and service offerings and broaden its geographic footprint in the southeast region of the U.S., particularly in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Founded in 2016, ROVE is a Charlotte, North Carolina-based veteran-owned business that provides audio visual platforms, enterprise collaboration, security, cloud, software-defined architecture and other digital services to public sector and commercial clients, Presidio said Monday.
Dave Hart, president and chief operating officer of Presidio, said ROVE has a team of engineering and sales professionals and provides platforms that align with Presidio’s offerings across cloud, cybersecurity, data center, collaboration and enterprise networking, among other areas.
“We’re excited to combine forces to better help organizations in the Southeast with their digital transformation,” added Hart.
