Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP) has finalized its acquisition of DHPC Technologies for an undisclosed sum to expand customer support in electronic warfare programs.
Perspecta said Friday the transaction will allow it to combine its expertise in cybersecurity, secure communications and advanced analytics with DHPC’s EW platforms and address the emerging cyber/EW convergence area.
Woodbridge, N.J.-based DHPC is a prototyping firm focused on providing program management, engineering and technical services and countermeasures and survivability platforms in support of ground and air weapon systems.
According to Perspecta, it will provide details of the deal during its May 21 earnings call.
