Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has secured a potential five-year, $476.5 million contract from NASA for analytical and physical processing services in support of the agency’s International Space Station, Artemis and other programs.
NASA said Thursday that Leidos will provide engineering, maintenance and operations support under the fourth iteration of the Cargo Mission Contract, which has a two-year base period with three option years.
The contract also covers the development and fabrication of new hardware and the modification and recertification of existing equipment.
Leidos will help NASA implement the space station and Artemis manifest requirements for launch, return, and disposal and support integration and logistics functions for crew supply missions.
Under the base period, work will occur at Leidos’ facility in Webster, Texas, from Oct. 1 to Sept. 30, 2026.
