Kevin Quigley
Kevin Quigley, formerly a senior associate at BayFirst Solutions, has been promoted to principal at the Washington-based management and consulting services contractor.
He joins four other BayFirst principals who will work to supervise more than 200 full-time employees in 14 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, the company said Feb. 27.
“[Quigley’s] leadership skills, his experience and integrity, and his full commitment to our corporate values and vision have earned him a key role on our leadership team,” said BayFirst CEO Kevin Gooch.
Gooch added the company launched its BayFirst Difference recruitment initiative in a push to hire the “very best and brightest in the consulting world” as part of the firm’s strategic growth plan.
Quigley has led BayFirst’s program management and technical support to the U.S. Coast Guard since 2014.
He previously worked as a homeland security and national defense analyst at General Dynamics‘ (NYSE: GD) information technology unit and as a lead associate at Booz Allen Hamilton(NYSE: BAH).
The former Coast Guard captain served in various operational and staff assignments, including command of two Coast Guard cutters, program management roles and tours of duty with the U.S. Navy and the Defense Department‘s combatant commands.
