Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX) veteran Kevin Perry has assumed the CEO role at a joint venture between Raytheon and Israel-based Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, he announced in a LinkedIn post Monday.
He will oversee the operations of Raytheon-Rafael Air Defense Systems and its initiatives to expand global missile defense partnerships.
Prior to the role, Perry was director for program management excellence and advanced technology at Raytheon Missiles and Defense.
He has been with Raytheon since 2007 and held roles of increasing responsibility, including associate director for Poland Patriot International Industrial Cooperation Programs and program manager for Terminal High Altitude Aerial Defense and AN/TPY-2 missile defense radar.
Perry spent two decades in the U.S. Air Force, where his career culminated as an acquisition program manager.
