High Point Aerotechnologies has made a series of appointments to its leadership team following the full integration of Liteye Systems and Black Sage Technologies into its business operations.
Black Sage CEO Al White, President Ann Wood and Chief Financial Officer Creighton Bowsher will retain their position titles at the Boise, Idaho-headquartered autonomous defense technology developer, High Point said Tuesday.
White previously served as vice president of strategy at defense engineering services company Southeastern Computer Consultants Inc. and VP of the tactical systems division at CACI International (NYSE: CACI).
High Point also appointed Jeff Maas, former program manager at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, as chief technology officer and Evan Hunt, formerly director of business development at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, as chief revenue officer.
Davey Gibian, co-founder of CalypsoAI, will serve as chief strategy officer and Joe Francescon, former deputy chief of staff to the Department of Defense, will be chief of Washington operations.
The four have been with the company prior to the acquisition of Liteye and Black Sage in late 2022 and early 2023.
