Rick Wagner, a GovCon industry veteran and a 2020 Wash100 Award winner, has joined Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) as corporate vice president of the company’s federal business, GovConWire has learned.
He oversees a team responsible for meeting the mission requirements of U.S. federal government clients by enabling Agile digital transformation.
Wagner most recently served as president of ManTech International’s (Nasdaq: MANT) mission cyber and intelligence solutions group. His career at ManTech included time as chief operating officer of the MCIS group and senior VP and general manager for the advanced technology solutions division.
Prior to ManTech, he was chief strategy officer at TASC, which Engility acquired in 2015. He also held program management roles at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), Raytheon and the Naval Surface Warfare Center.
