SBG works with federal clients to help them modernize information technology systems and offers an artificial intelligence platform designed to support customers’ AI training, DSS said Tuesday.
Mark Byers, president of DSS, describes the acquisition as a “force multiplier” for the company’s service footprint expansion initiatives in the federal market and that the acquired business brings IT service offerings that will augment the acquirer’s three-decade history of supporting the government.
DSS provides health information software development and systems integration services to both the public and private sectors.
