Yuly most recently served as the CFO of the private equity platform company Agile Defense, according to his LinkedIn profile.
Yuly’s bio on the DecisionPoint website cited his experience from previous work in financial reporting and strategizing, pricing, compliance and mergers and acquisitions. At Agile Defense, he managed the financial elements of four M&A deals including due diligence, integration and synergy geared at cost and operational efficiencies.

The new DecisionPoint CFO holds a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University’s School of Business.
