Dan Streetman, a two-decade technology industry veteran, has been appointed CEO at converged endpoint management and security provider Tanium.
He succeeds Orion Hindawi, Tanium’s co-founder who will transition from the CEO role to executive chairman of the board of directors, the company said Wednesday.
Co-founder and former Executive Chairman David Hindawi will hold the title of chairman emeritus.
As the new chief executive, Streetman will be responsible for advancing the company’s product strategy and development, strategic partnerships and customer-facing operations.
Streetman most recently served as CEO of Allvue Systems, a provider of alternative investment software for fund managers and investors. Prior to Allvue, he led TIBCO Software and drove the expansion of its cloud-based product portfolio.
The former U.S. Army officer also held leadership positions at BMC Software, Salesforce, C3.ai, Siebel Systems, Amdocs and Allworth Financial.
Kirkland, Washington-based Tanium offers a cloud-based XEM platform intended for asset discovery and inventory, threat hunting, risk and compliance management, sensitive data monitoring and client management.
