Nathan Associates, an Arlington, Virginia-based international economic and analytics consulting firm, has secured a position on a potential five-year, $800 million contract to provide services for the U.S. Agency for International Development’s regional and bilateral programs in Latin America and the Caribbean.
USAID announced Nathan as an awardee on the Central America Regional Support Services indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through a notice published Friday on SAM.gov.
Under the CARSS contract, USAID will purchase services to address economic insecurity and lack of economic opportunity; strengthen democratic governance, reduce gender-based violence; promote respect for human rights and a free press and address migration dynamics; improve resilience to climate change, food security and health threats; and build up the capacity of local partners and deliver technical and management expertise to the agency’s missions, according to the solicitation.
