Yvonne Vervaet Joins ManTech as Cyber Group Business Development Lead; Bill Varner Comments

Yvonne Vervaet, formerly chief operating officer and senior vice president at SIG Holdings, has joined ManTech International (NASDAQ: MANT) as SVP of business development for the company’s mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group.

The 18-year federal market veteran has also held business development roles at SpecTal and BAE Systems, ManTech said Thursday.

Bill Varner, president of ManTech’s MCIS group, said Veravet will aim to help grow the company’s cyber integration centers and offerings for technology and security.

Vervaet will report to Chris Goodrich, the group’s executive VP and COO, and also be responsible for helping ManTech expand its footprints in the defense, intelligence and federal civilian markets.
