Booz Allen, CTC & KPMG Receive $97M Contract Modifications for MCICOM Support

  • The U.S. Navy will add $96.7 million in potential value for three MCICOM contractors
  • Booz Allen, CTC and KPMG will compete for task orders
  • The work will support Marine Corps installations management and operations

The U.S. Navy has awarded contract modifications to Booz Allen Hamilton, Concurrent Technologies Corp. and KPMG that raise their shared maximum ordering value by $96.7 million and bring the estimated aggregate ceiling to $198.1 million.

What Is the Scope of the MCICOM Contract Modification?

The Department of War said Friday the modification to an existing multiple-award contract covers professional support services for Marine Corps Installations Command, or MCICOM, headquarters. The companies will compete for task orders under the firm-fixed-price, cost-reimbursement, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. No funds were obligated for the modifications; funding will be provided as task orders are issued.

The expanded MCICOM contract highlights continued opportunities for contractors supporting the Navy and Marine Corps. The Potomac Officers Club’s 2026 Navy Summit, happening Aug. 27 — just three days away — will connect government and industry leaders to discuss modernization priorities and emerging requirements. Where Will the Contractors Perform the Work?

Contractor facilities will host 50 percent of the effort, while the Pentagon will account for 25 percent of the anticipated work. The remainder will take place at Naval Support Facility Arlington, other government sites within the contiguous U.S., and locations outside the contiguous U.S., including Hawaii and Guam. The ordering period runs through Nov. 5, 2029.

How Does the Modification Build on Earlier MCICOM Work?

The Navy originally awarded the contract to 10 companies in November 2024, including Booz Allen Hamilton, CTC and KPMG, with an estimated aggregate value of $164.5 million. In February 2025, CTC secured a prime position, allowing it to compete for task orders supporting MCICOM’s program management, operations, communications and facilities functions. The company was tasked with providing policy development, decision support and data analysis, program management, installation planning, and cybersecurity.

Booz Allen also has a longstanding relationship with MCICOM, having previously provided directorate-wide professional services under a separate $87.3 million task order. The work covered logistics, IT, planning, government and external affairs, and enterprise content management in addition to program management and operations.
