Everfox Secures $90M Army IDIQ for Cross-Domain Offerings

  • Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, issued the five-year IDIQ
  • The vehicle lets Army customers buy Everfox offerings through direct, individual orders
  • Everfox’s High Speed Guard manages high-volume data flows between security domains

The U.S. Army has awarded Everfox a contract for software, hardware and engineering support services. The defense technology company said Tuesday the five-year, $90 million contract was issued by Army Contracting Command at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland.

What Does the Army IDIQ Cover?

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers Everfox’s cross-domain offerings, including High Speed Guard, which is designed to control high-volume data transfers between networks with different classification levels and security requirements while protecting sensitive data. The technology supports full-motion video, tactical messaging, and cloud-enabled command and control services.

Commenting about High Speed Guard, Everfox Chairman and CEO David Wajsgras, a nine-time Wash100 Award winner, previously said decision advantage in today’s battlespace depends on delivering the right information to the right people at the right time.

The IDIQ vehicle allows the Army to procure other products and services from Everfox as its requirements change. It is scheduled to run through Sept. 29, 2031.

Which Army Missions Could the Contract Support?

Everfox expects the contract to support Army organizations focused on tactical communications and command and control.

“This contract vehicle gives Army customers a flexible way to access Everfox capabilities for a broad range of requirements, from secure information sharing to high-assurance engineering support,” said Ted Girard, Everfox’s chief revenue officer.
