ECS has changed its name to Everforth ECS following the rebranding of its parent company, ASGN, to Everforth.
The company said Tuesday ECS Federal remains the legal entity for contractual and regulatory purposes, and its contract vehicles, certifications, facilities and cleared workforce are unchanged.

Donnie Scott, president of Everforth ECS, said the company will continue to serve customers with a mission-driven approach while expanding collaboration across the enterprise.

Everforth CEO Ted Hanson said the transition strengthens the company’s ability to deliver integrated capabilities to government customers.

Everforth ECS now brings greater scale, deeper expertise, and more integrated capabilities to help defense, intelligence, and federal civilian agencies move faster and achieve their most critical missions,” added Hanson.
