The company said Tuesday ECS Federal remains the legal entity for contractual and regulatory purposes, and its contract vehicles, certifications, facilities and cleared workforce are unchanged.

Donnie Scott, president of Everforth ECS, said the company will continue to serve customers with a mission-driven approach while expanding collaboration across the enterprise.

Everforth CEO Ted Hanson said the transition strengthens the company’s ability to deliver integrated capabilities to government customers.
“This evolution of our government segment strengthens what we’ve always done well while expanding what we can deliver. Everforth ECS now brings greater scale, deeper expertise, and more integrated capabilities to help defense, intelligence, and federal civilian agencies move faster and achieve their most critical missions,” added Hanson.

The company rebranded from ASGN as part of a strategy to unify its portfolio of businesses, including ECS, and deliver integrated capabilities at scale to federal and commercial clients. Everforth said the transition aligns its corporate identity with its strategic direction and enhances collaboration across its business segments.
Everforth now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “EFOR.”
