ASGN is rebranding to Everforth, which will serve as the parent company for its six current brands: Apex Systems, Creative Circle, CyberCoders, ECS, GlideFast and TopBloc.
The company said Thursday that the new brand will take effect in early 2026. The company will continue to operate under the ASGN brand throughout the transition.
How Will Everforth Affect Stakeholders?
In a statement, ASGN CEO Ted Hanson introduced Everforth, adding that the rebranding will enable the company to deliver better value to clients.
“The transition to the Everforth brand reflects our commitment to continuous progress and sets the stage for even greater impact,” the executive stated. “With a unified identity, we can sharpen our focus on what matters most, supporting our clients and their organizations as they navigate change and seize new opportunities.”
According to ASGN, Everforth will support cross-disciplinary partnerships across its brands and create cross-selling opportunities aligned with the company’s efforts to drive growth and margin expansion.
“A rebrand is more than a name or logo. It’s about celebrating our past achievements while building a purposeful path forward,” added Shiv Iyer, president of ASGN. “Everforth is our next chapter, and we are looking forward to taking this step in our journey.”
As part of the rebrand, ASGN’s board of directors approved a $1 billion share buyback plan.
