GSA Announces Apparent OASIS+ Rolling Awardees Under 8(a) Small Business Track

The General Services Administration has issued the list of 53 apparent awardees as part of the rolling awards process for the 8(a) small business set-aside track of the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus, or OASIS+, contract program.

In a SAM.gov notice published Wednesday, GSA said it will send formal awards and notices to proceed by Sept. 30 to OASIS+ 8(a) rolling awardees across seven domains: management and advisory; technical and engineering; intelligence services; research and development; logistics; environmental; and facilities.

Ordering activity on GSA eBuy for this group of awardees is expected to begin by Oct. 1.

GSA said 27 apparent awardees are authorized to participate in the management and advisory services domain; 24 in the technical and engineering services category; 11 in R&D; 10 in intelligence services; nine vendors in logistics; nine in environmental services; and six in facilities services.

Previous Rolling Awards Under OASIS+ Unrestricted, 4 Small Business Tracks

On Sept. 9, the GSA Office of Professional Services and Human Capital Categories released the lists of apparent OASIS+ rolling awardees under the Unrestricted, Total Small Business, women-owned small business, HUBZone and service-disabled veteran-owned small business tracks.

The agency made rolling awards for the five small business tracks of the OASIS+ program in April and June.

In April, GSA announced 110 awardees under the rolling awards process for the contract’s Unrestricted track.

What Is the OASIS+ Contract Program?

OASIS+ is a suite of six multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts with a five-year base period and a five-year option term.

The contract program is designed to help federal agencies meet their procurement requirements for services-based solutions and includes eight domains: management and advisory; technical and engineering; intelligence services; R&D; logistics; environmental; facilities; and enterprise solutions.

The program seeks to meet agencies’ non-IT service requirements, promote competition among service contractors and eliminate barriers to entry to maximize small business participation.
