The Tampa, Florida-based company said Monday it expects the acquisition to conclude in May, pending regulatory review.
Upon the deal’s closing, McCormick Stevenson will operate as an independent division of Repkon USA while retaining its name.

McCormick Stevenson is an engineering services and design firm focused on munitions and other defense applications.
The Clearwater, Florida-based defense contractor provides development and manufacturing engineering support services, including system engineering, analysis and simulation, prototyping and integration, manufacturing process development and equipment design and automation.
