Executive Mosaic has selected Carey Smith, chair, CEO and president at Parsons, as chair of Leadership Group 1, part of its 4×24 Executive Leadership Series.
The 4×24 Executive Leadership Program brings together senior industry leaders and government officials through a series of collaborative networking and dinner events. The program is designed to foster relationships throughout public and private sectors and enhance critical missions across various focus areas.
Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic, said the company is excited to have Smith back with the 4×24 membership program for her third season.
“With her proven track record as the head of a leading and innovative government contracting firm, Carey Smith stands out as the ideal chair for our most elite 4×24 cadre, Group 1 Leadership,” Garrettson said.
“We are excited to have her return for another season filled with insightful and productive networking dinners,” he added. “Her leadership has already made a lasting impact on this distinguished group of senior executives over the past two years, and we know she will continue that legacy this season.”
The six-time Wash100 awardee has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the GovCon landscape, including roles at Honeywell Aerospace and Lockheed Martin. At Honeywell Aerospace, Smith served as the president of defense and space, and at Lockheed Martin, she served as the vice president of technical services.
