The Department of Defense said Thursday the modification to the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract exercises the second 18-month option period of the two-year base contract with two 18-month option periods.
The Boston, Massachusetts-based company will provide maintenance, repair and operations supplies services to U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps facilities in Japan, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Diego Garcia. Facilities of federal civilian agencies are also covered by the contract.
The ordering period end date is on May 12, 2026, with the DLA, as the contracting activity, financing the project using fiscal 2025 through 2026 defense working capital funds.
The first option year for the four-year contract was exercised in 2023 with Noble also providing MRO support services to the same nations in the Pacific and Asia-Pacific regions.
