Davis will spearhead the company’s information, technology and cybersecurity efforts, according to ASRC Federal. His responsibilities will include strategy development and implementation, risk management, policy development, incident response, compliance with industry regulations and stakeholder communication.
Before joining ASRC Federal, Davis was the corporate CISO at HII (NYSE: HII) leading its Information Security Program. In addition, he was involved in information security governance, risk management, policy, engineering, cyber operations and compliance.
Davis also held the CISO position at Vencore and served in various leadership roles at BAE Systems. He joined BAE in 2008 as the global IT security operations manager and eventually became director of global information security program integration.
The certified information systems security professional’s 25-year career also includes stops at iSYS, Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), INDUS and ADT.
