Who Is Tiffany Yeager?
Yeager has spent about 10 years at Leidos and joined its QTC business in 2022. Her LinkedIn profile shows she was the subsidiary’s chief financial officer from March 2022 to January 2026, when she became senior vice president of operations. She most recently ran exam services and business operations and directed several complex transformation projects.
Her earlier Leidos assignments included vice president of corporate financial planning and analysis and director of business operations for the company’s civil sector. She first joined Leidos in 2016 as a financial planning director.
Yeager began her career in 2005 as a financial analyst at Lockheed Martin and later became a business operations manager, overseeing financial planning and cost controls for two mission areas generating about $170 million in annual revenue. She also worked on new business proposals valued at roughly $500 million tied to Army Communications-Electronics Command acquisitions.
She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Rutgers University-Camden and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Delaware.
What Will Yeager Oversee at Leidos QTC?
QTC delivers comprehensive medical examination services annually to over 1.3 million personnel through 2.8 million appointments, drawing on a global provider network of more than 24,000 clinicians in 44 countries.
Its federal work spans disability evaluations, medical readiness support for the military and occupational health programs. The company also operates mobile health units and offers commercial medical services.
Leidos QTC cited Yeager’s familiarity with its workforce, clinicians and customer base as part of the basis for her selection.
How Has Leidos QTC Supported the VA’s Medical Disability Exam Program?
Leidos QTC has worked with the Veterans Benefits Administration since 1998. In January 2025, the subsidiary won a position on an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to perform medical disability examinations in VBA regions 1 through 4. The contract has a one-year base period and a one-year option. According to the company, the unit completed more than 1 million exams for the agency in 2024. To continuously improve its program efficiency, QTC Health Services has adopted innovations, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to support claimant processing. In addition, its fleet of mobile health clinics was expanded to provide access to services for veterans who are either homebound or in rural areas.
The Department of Veterans Affairs selected four companies for that follow-on contract. The other three are Maximus’ Veterans Evaluation Services, OptumServe Health Services and Loyal Source Government Services.
Leidos’ health portfolio also includes a five-year, $51 million contract from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to operate and modernize the National Healthcare Safety Network. Leidos booked $5.5 billion in third-quarter awards and raised its full-year outlook.
