12 Companies Win Spots on $450M Army ‘Overmatch’ Tech Contract

The U.S. Army has selected a dozen companies for a 10-year, $450 million contract vehicle to support its modernization and combat overmatch capability development efforts.

Army Contracting Command received 27 bids for the cost-plus-fixed-fee, firm-fixed-price contract via an online solicitation and will determine funds and work locations on a per-order basis, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

The awardees are:

  • Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH)
  • By Light Professional IT Services
  • Collins Aerospace, a business of Raytheon Technologies (NYSE: RTX)
  • Draper
  • Enterprise Information Services, a Cognosante company
  • Leidos (NYSE: LDOS)
  • Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC)
  • Parsons (NYSE: PSN)
  • Peraton
  • Sierra Nevada Corp.
