The Defense Health Agency has unveiled a list of contractors that are ineligible to take part in teaming arrangements for a new Military Health System information technology contract to prevent any potential conflicts of interest.
In August 2021, Peraton won a potential 10-year, $2 billion blanket purchase agreement from DHA to support the MHS Enterprise IT Services Integrator requirement. DHA awarded the MHS EITSI BPA to Perspecta, which is now part of Peraton and acts as the lead in a contractor team arrangement with Capgemini’s U.S. government solutions business.
DHS issued a memo Wednesday excluding Peraton, Capgemini Government Solutions and major subcontractors Guidehouse and Tenacity Solutions from MHS EITS Geographic Service Provider work as part of efforts to mitigate any potential organizational conflict of interest.
Amyx, TDC Consulting and ZYGOS Consulting were also listed in the memo as contractors that are prohibited from taking part in teaming arrangements for MHS requirements. These companies are providing DHA with acquisition support services.
