Transcom Adds Four Companies to $697M FAA Airlift Charter Services Program

The U.S. Transportation Command has selected four more companies to deliver services for domestic air cargo and passenger charter under an existing $697M program led by the Federal Aviation Administration.

The contractors will perform the said work in support of federal agencies, including those within the Department of Defense, through FAA's Domestic Airlift Charter Services program, DoD said Friday.

Work will take place at locations within the continental U.S., Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean Islands and all U.S. territories, through Sept. 30, 2023.

The FAA-led program commenced in October 2018 and provides task orders through 16 contracts.

Companies newly added into the program are:

  • Alaska Airlines
  • Hawaiian Airlines
  • Jet Blue Airways
  • Swift Air
