In a press release published Monday, NTS noted how the acquisition would strengthen its operational technology portfolio and enhance its ability to deliver scalable situational awareness capabilities to U.S. government customers, with NTS CEO Joseph Paull saying that TBI’s TTL and BFT tools directly support and complement the operational solutions his company delivers at the tactical edge.
Expanding Customer Footprint
In line with the acquisition, TBI technologies will integrate into the NTS technology, software and solutions business unit to expand its customer base and accelerate the deployment of the TTL and BFT products across new mission areas. NTS prioritizes expansion into new customer segments, particularly within the Department of Homeland Security, where the company could help enhance operational coordination and visibility along the U.S. Southwest border and coastal waters.
