Melon Yeshoalul was appointed senior vice president and chief human resources officer at V2X, effective April 21.
The company said Monday Yeshoalul will oversee its global human resources strategy, driving workforce transformation and cultivating a positive culture. She will also direct all HR operations, including recruitment, talent management, leadership development, compensation and benefits, and total rewards. She will be part of the executive team and report directly to Jeremy Wensinger, president and CEO of V2X.

Who Is Melon Yeshoalul?
Yeshoalul is a 22-year industry veteran with extensive HR leadership experience. She worked at Amazon Web Services for over four years, most recently as the worldwide lead of sales operations for AWS channels and partners. In this role, she directed a team tasked with developing operational sales planning, mechanisms and programs to enhance operational productivity. Yeshoalul also served as the global director of business operations and community impact and director of HR.
The V2X CHRO spent nearly two years at DXC Technology as the VP of global HR Business Partner. She spearheaded the team tasked with providing full HRBP services to global businesses.
Yeshoalul also served as CHRO and executive VP of corporate communications and philanthropy at The Wills Group. She reported directly to the CEO while overseeing people strategy and services, corporate communications and community philanthropic programs.
The executive spent almost four years at Boeing as HR director and over eight years at PwC as a consulting HR leader.
