DeEtte Gray, president of U.S. operations at CACI, received the 2025 Wash100 Award from Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson during a recent visit.
Garrettson established the Wash100 Award in 2014 to honor the most influential leaders in the government contracting industry. Winners of this prestigious award are selected for their significant contributions, impact and vision that shape the industry’s future.
Championing Technological Innovation
Gray earned her ninth Wash100 Award for driving technological innovation in support of defense, intelligence and federal civilian agency operations. She has played a significant role in CACI’s continued investment in technological development efforts while guiding the company’s growth through major acquisitions of Azure Summit Technology and Applied Insight. Furthermore, CACI landed several major contracts in 2024 under her watch. This includes the $2 billion NASA Consolidated Applications and Platform Services contract, an $805 million task order from the NavalX Office for engineering services and technologies, a $450 million contract with the Joint Navigation Warfare Center and a $416 million task order from the U.S. Army for radio frequency systems.
