NASA’s Goddard Space Flight Center, or GSFC, has begun soliciting feedback on a draft request for proposals for an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for support services to help the space agency plan and manage missions, programs and projects.
According to a notice published Monday, NASA will accept comments on the draft RFP for the Program and Analysis Control, or PAAC, VI contract through March 24.
The agency plans to launch an 8(a) set-aside competition for the single-award PAAC VI contract, which will have a five-year ordering period.
In June 2024, NASA sought industry feedback on a draft statement of work for the contract requirement.
PAAC VI Contract Scope
Work under the IDIQ contract will support missions at GSFC facilities and installations, Langley Research Center, NASA Headquarters and other agency centers.
NASA expects the PAAC VI contract requirement to provide an enterprise solution approach to help streamline processes, implement best practices and establish an enterprise operating model to meet current and future mission needs.
Contract work includes planning and scheduling; earned value management; documentation management; configuration management; risk management; resources and financial management; cost estimation; security; project operations and support; workforce; property and logistics; travel arrangements and vouchers; center accounting; financial services; and special projects.
The agency will hold an industry day on March 28 and plans to release the final solicitation by May 19.
The PAAC VI contract is expected to take effect on May 1, 2026.
