Two Six Technologies has promoted Young Bang, a former Army acquisition official, to president as part of a set of executive leadership changes aimed at supporting the company’s continued expansion across the national security market.
The company said Tuesday it also appointed national security leaders Amy Dalton and Becky Fair as chief operating officer and chief product officer, respectively.

As president, Bang, a previous Wash100 awardee, will oversee operating teams across the company’s digital advantage, trusted electronics and effects, and research capabilities. He will be responsible for driving performance across active contracts and programs, expanding customer relationships across the Department of War and the intelligence community, and developing platforms aligned with mission needs.
Dalton, most recently chief performance officer at Two Six, will manage teams across the company’s corporate functions, including contracts, business development, enterprise IT, people and culture, and enterprise risk management.
Fair, a member of Two Six’s senior leadership team since 2022, will lead product strategy and growth across the company’s portfolio of hardware and software offerings.
“I am excited to announce expanded roles for Young Bang, Amy Dalton, and Becky Fair within our executive leadership team,” said Joe Logue, CEO of Two Six Technologies. “As Two Six continues to grow rapidly, these outstanding leaders will maintain our focus on rapid innovation, mission-ready products, and flawless execution for our customers. It’s their leadership that supports and enables the extraordinary work by our entire team on critical missions of national security.”
