The company said Wednesday the award supports DAI’s mission to transform financial operations across Department of War agencies by advancing standardization and improving data transparency.

What Is the Scope of the DLA Task Order?

Under the task order, CACI will provide Agile software development, enhancement and maintenance support for current and future releases of the DAI Global Model.

The company will also offer functional support, technical analysis, recommendations and implementation assistance to help meet mandated standards for the financial management system.

What Is the Defense Agencies Initiative?

DAI is an initiative that seeks to transform the finance, budget and accounting operations of defense agencies to achieve accurate, reliable financial information to improve accountability and decision-making across DOW in support of warfighters and their missions.

In 2022, CACI received a $258 million task order to provide digital services and technology support to help the DAI program office improve its financial management and transaction processes.
