Todd Schroeder, an industry veteran with over 20 years of technology and leadership experience, shared on LinkedIn Saturday that he has been appointed vice president of federal government at Databricks.
Who Is Todd Schroeder?
Schroeder is a seasoned executive with deep understanding of technology management, information technology upstream and downstream processes, business transformation, technology change management, enterprise data management and business intelligence.
Before joining Databricks, Schroeder was the VP of public sector at UiPath and as VP of business development for the public sector at Celonis. He also worked at Google for over two years holding leadership positions, including managing director of global public sector strategy and sales and director of public sector digital strategy.
The Databricks VP had a brief eight-month stint as a member of CapitalG Go-To-Market Advisory Board. In this role, Schroeder guided entrepreneurs in scaling their GTM strategy, sales operations and marketing. He also held various leadership roles in digital strategy at Salesforce and Phase One CG.
Prior to joining the private sector, Schroeder spent almost nine years at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He served as chief of the digital service center and director of business systems management, where he was responsible for overseeing IT operations, projects, services delivery and profit and loss management. Schroeder started his USDA career in 2007 as national data management coordinator.
Earlier in his career, Schroeder worked at Science Applications International Corp. as senior database administrator and senior software engineer for the USDA account.
