7 Companies Secure Spots on $249M Veterans Affairs Architect-Engineer Services Contract

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has named seven contractors on a potential $249 million indefinite-delivery contract to provide the Department of Veterans Affairs with architect-engineer services.

According to a SAM.gov posting, the awardees are AE Works, Apogee Consulting Group, Burdette, Koehler, Murphy and Associates, Guidon-SES Joint Venture, Health Facility Solutions, Miller-Remick – Michael Baker International JV and Sherlock, Smith & Adams.

Veterans Affairs Architect-Engineer Services Contract Scope

The contractors will perform specialized medical facility architecture, engineering and planning services over a potential five-year period– two years of which is the base ordering period.

Services are intended to support new construction, renovation, additions, alterations and demolition of medical clinics, dental clinics, hospitals, medical laboratories, veterinary clinics and similar facilities and their supporting infrastructure.

AE efforts will be performed at respective contractor locations as well as work sites and government installations.
