In addition to serving as engineering VP, Perkins held various roles at General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems, including senior director and GM of indirect fire and chief technology officer for munition systems.
According to his profile on the professional networking platform, the newly appointed SVP held a program management role at United Technologies.
In 2005, he first joined General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems as an engineer. From then on, he assumed various roles, including systems engineering and small caliber focus team lead and program manager responsible for the company’s Expeditionary Fire Support System program.
