Olmes will be responsible for driving strategic risk mitigation initiatives and streamlining merger and acquisition activities, Xcelerate Solutions said in a LinkedIn post published Thursday.
The executive, who has been with Xcelerate Solutions since June 2021, initially joined the company as president and COO. Before that, the industry leader founded Hellen Systems and served as its president for three years.
Notably, Olmes served as category manager – engineer and technical services/financial analyst at the former Harris company for nearly eight years.
The Xcelerate Solutions CRO’s career of over 20 years in the aerospace and defense and commercial industries also includes time working as research fellow at LMI, senior consultant at Navigant and consultant at PwC.
“His extensive experience and business insight will fuel innovation and drive intellectual property development across the company,” the Xcelerate Solutions announcement reads.
