Scott McIntyre, CEO of Guidehouse, received his 2024 Wash100 Award from Executive Mosaic CEO Jim Garrettson during a recent meeting.
Garrettson founded the annual Wash100 Award to commemorate the notable executives transforming the government contracting field. The 100 awardees come from both private and public sectors of the GovCon landscape and are the trailblazers to watch for the important role they each play in the industry’s success.
McIntyre earned his eighth consecutive Wash100 Award this year in recognition of his continued display of outstanding leadership in mergers and acquisitions, business development and strategic growth. “As an eight-time winner of the coveted Wash100 Award, Scott is in the upper echelon of recipients across the accolade’s 11-year history,” commented Garrettson. “Scott’s consistency, vision, reliability, leadership and attention to innovation continue to qualify him as one of the most influential and recognizable executives in the GovCon ecosystem. Scott continues to position Guidehouse as a leader in the GovCon market and a cornerstone for Veritas Capital. We’re thrilled to include him in our Wash100 list yet again.”
McIntyre has served as the CEO of Guidehouse since its inception in 2018. Guidehouse functioned as a standalone firm under Veritas Capital ownership until its acquisition by Bain Capital Private Equity for $5.3 billion in December 2023.
“Together, we see significant opportunities to capitalize on attractive marketplace dynamics to further grow the business with our best-in-class client delivery capabilities,” McIntyre said of the deal.
Congratulations to McIntyre on keeping the streak going with his eighth win! Executive Mosaic is honored to include him on the highly selective awardee list.
