Fletcher joined the Arlington, Virginia-based defense contractor from DRS RADA Technologies, another Leonardo subsidiary, where he most recently served as director of business development.
The executive’s industry career also includes time working as a sales support office manager at Tech-Marine Business and as director of business development and then as VP of international market creation at BAE Systems.
Fletcher served with the U.S. Navy before transitioning to the industry. Some of his roles were country program director for Egypt and Bahrain at the Navy International Programs Office, deputy chief of sea forces stationed at the U.S. Embassy in Cairo, Egpyt, and operations officer for USS Monterey and USS Thorn.
