The Missile Defense Agency has awarded VetTech a potential $347.7 million contract for financial management and strategic planning, accounting and cost estimating and analysis support services.
The Department of Defense said Tuesday MDA competed the cost-plus-fixed-fee contract through an online solicitation and received two offers for the procurement effort.
The contract also covers financial systems support and integration, human resources, equal employment opportunity, foreign military sales and STEM support.
The vendor will perform work at several military installations in Virginia, Alabama, Colorado, New Mexico, Massachusetts, Indiana and Ohio through December 2029.
MDA will obligate $2.6 million in research, development, test and evaluation funds for fiscal year 2024.
Founded in 2022, VetTech is a small business joint venture of MDW Associates and Vali. The company supports MDA and other agencies by providing services in the areas of program planning budgeting and execution, strategic planning and analysis, information systems integration and support and acquisition and contract management, among others.
